MRS. LOVE NKECHI OKEIYI (Principal Partner)
MRS. LOVE NKECHI OKEIYI is an accomplished legal practitioner and a Principal partner at NONSMAC CHAMBERS, with over a decade of experience spanning corporate law, litigation, and real estate. She holds an LL.B from Madonna University, Okija, an LL.M from the University of Lagos, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.
Her career began at Swift & Moore, a prominent maritime and oil & gas law firm, where she played key roles in processing DPR licenses, recovering cargo, investigating ship titles, and handling indemnities and registrations to prevent vessel arrests. She later joined K. O. Tinubu & Co., a well-regarded litigation firm, gaining substantial experience in criminal law, labour disputes, intellectual property, project finance, and corporate commercial practice.
At Kunle Ogunba & Associates, a leading firm in debt recovery, she led several high-stake recovery projects, representing clients at both trial and appellate courts with a consistent record of success.
Beyond litigation, Mrs. Okeiyi is highly experienced in real estate law, specializing in property management, title regularization, perfection of title, and due diligence investigations, family and matrimonial matters, labour laws. Her practical understanding of the real estate sector has made her a trusted legal advisor for investors, developers, and property owners alike.
She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a mentor to young legal professionals, and a passionate advocate for legal excellence and professional integrity. She is married and blessed with two children.
MRS. CHIAMAKA GLORIA ONYEJIECHI
ONYEJIECHI is a graduate of the Madonna University Okija and holds a Masters in law degree from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom in International Commercial Law (LLM) 2014. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2009. Mrs. Onyejiechi has cognate practice experience spanning over 5 years in Corporate and Commercial law practice, Insolvency, Intellectual property, Admiralty Law, Taxation, Banking Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, as well as Arbitration. She has wide continental experience in commercial agreements and negotiations, and International Trade Law, in real estate law, specializing in property management, title regularization, perfection of title, and due diligence investigations.
MRS. GRACE EBILIEKWE
Mrs. Grace Ebiliekwe, a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant with the firm, is a graduate of the Madonna University Okija, Anambra State, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. she was called in the year 2009. She is responsible for legal research and analysis, Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports. Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies. Respond to all case-related queries. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
MRS. CYNTHIA ODOMA
Cynthia Odoma (Mrs.) is a dedicated legal associate with a strong academic and professional background. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, in 2018 with an LL.B (Second Class Upper Division) and obtained her B.L (Second Class Upper Division) from the Augustine Nnamani Campus, Enugu, in 2019.
She began her legal career at Festus Ighagbon & Co., Lagos, a corporate law firm, where she gained practical experience in various aspects of legal practice, including legal documentation, document review, property inspections, client interviews, and taking briefs. This early exposure provided her with a solid foundation for navigating the complexities of legal practice.
Cynthia handles a wide range of legal matters, with core competencies in property law, litigation, corporate law, and dispute resolution. She is committed to delivering clear, practical, and result-oriented legal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
She is also passionate about continuous learning and remains committed to staying current with legal developments, ensuring she brings up-to-date insight and expertise to every case. Her dedication to excellence and client satisfaction makes her a valued asset to any legal team.
MR. VICTOR WINNER OKEIYI
MR. VICTOR WINNER OKEIYI
Practice Manager
Mr. Victor Winner Okeiyi is the Practice Manager at NONSMAC CHAMBERS. He holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy (2009) from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting at the same institution.
He began his professional career at Chuma Anosike & Co., where he served as the Legal Admin Head and Accountant from 2004 to 2015. He later joined SAHARA GROUP, a leading oil and gas company, where he worked from 2017 to 2021, building a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.
Mr. Okeiyi brings to the firm an outstanding ability to manage interpersonal relationships and foster productive client engagement. He is known for his exceptional organizational skills and strategic oversight in operational and administrative management.
As Practice Manager, he is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, including human resources, financial management, contract administration, system coordination, and client relationship management. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes and maintaining a high level of client service delivery.
MR. TASSIE PAUL MADU - Head of Administration
Mr. Tassie Paul Madu is a seasoned finance and operations professional with a strong background in accounting, financial reconciliation, and administrative management. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, awarded in 2012.
His career began as a Computer Instructor at Zehek Computer Training Center, followed by a role as Head Statistician at UACN Plc (Nandos – UAC Restaurants) from 2008 to 2009. During his NYSC in 2013, he taught Financial Accounting and Office Practice at Russell International School, Benin City.
He went on to serve as an Account Reconciliation Officer at Consolidated Breweries Plc., and later contributed to streamlining reconciliation processes at Nigerian Breweries Plc.
Currently serving as Head of Administration at NONSMAC CHAMBERS, Mr. Madu brings a wealth of cross-sector experience. His expertise spans finance, legal-firm administration, and strategic operations. He is known for his adaptability, leadership, and commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
UWEM NATHANIEL
Uwem Nathaniel is a spirited and dedicated professional paralegal whose passion for legal services is evident in her track record of excellence. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from the Institute of Paralegal Services, with competencies in General Paralegal Services, Research & Library Services, and Law Office Administration.
Her journey into the legal field began at Chuma Anosike & Co., where she served diligently for several years as a legal secretary. Her strong work ethic and commitment led her to transition into a paralegal role at Nonsmac Chambers, where she has accumulated over five years of quality, hands-on experience.
In her current role, Uwem delivers exceptional support in legal documentation, litigation support, legal drafting, and research. She also liaises effectively with clients, handling all matters with utmost confidentiality. Additionally, she manages various administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Beyond her legal career, Uwem is a creative individual with interests in beading—bringing elements of nature to life through art—as well as real estate, online affiliate marketing, writing, and singing, which she enjoys during her leisure time.
A consummate professional, Uwem brings integrity and excellence to every task, whether official or personal. She is a compassionate soul, a devout lover of God, an encourager, a devoted wife, and a proud mother of three adorable children.
NDUBUISI VICTORIA
Victoria is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking individual
She graduated with a Second Class Upper Division from the Department of Plant Science and Biotechnology at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia. She completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Ogun State, Nigeria.
Victoria is a mature team player who adapts well to challenging situations. She works effectively both in team settings and independently, demonstrating strong initiative in real estate land title regularization and title perfection. She thrives under pressure and consistently meets tight deadlines.
Reliable and dependable, Victoria is always eager to learn and develop new skills. She actively seeks responsibilities across diverse roles and brings a dynamic, solution-oriented approach to tasks. Determined and decisive, she has a keen ability to identify and develop new opportunities.

Fidelis Favour known as Fayvour Rebirth is a dynamic Executive and Project Assistant, brand strategist, and creative storyteller with a passion for building ideas, managing impact, and expressing truth. With a background in Theatre Arts from Evangel University, Ebonyi State, Favour brings a unique blend of structure and soul to every space she enters.
In her executive role, she works behind the scenes to support high-level legal and business operations; coordinating projects, managing client relationships, and helping to position their firm for local and international growth. Her sharp eye for brand strategy makes her a valuable voice in shaping visibility, storytelling, and client experience.
Outside the boardroom, Favour wears her creative hat proudly. She is a soulful writer, poetic speaker, and content creator known for her honest, shaded, and heart-stirring storytelling.
